DIRECTOR OF AVENUE KIDS, BIRTH-3 AND ADMINISTRATOR OF AVENUE DREAM CENTER

Julia, and her husband Matthew, are native residents of Morristown, TN. They have two daughters, Hensley Jane and Nora Claire, who bring abundant joy and laughter into the lives of those around them. Julia and Matthew have a deep-rooted desire for God to use them in their unique design to show their region the love and hope of Jesus Christ. Julia is fiercely competitive by nature, loves a good challenge, thrives in organized spaces, and enjoys quality time with her family, and always has the best snacks! 

Julia comes to The Avenue team with a passion for seeing individuals succeed in their God-given purpose and design. Her heart's desire is to see family units thrive in every season of life. Her background in children’s ministry and early childhood development have placed her on an academic path pursuing a degree in developmental psychology. 

Connecting with new families, walking with them and their children through developmental milestones, and having the opportunity to see the lives of so many experiencing the imprint of Jesus, Julia would say without a doubt, the best is yet to come!
