Jessica and her family want to live in a city where community and church are one. 

Having been born and raised in Morristown, the burden for her hometown to know Jesus is heavy. Jessica’s roots became firmly planted in this city after marrying her husband, Adam, in 2007. They were blessed with a son, Anderson, the following year. Adam's lifelong friendship with Pastor Justin Graham led the Noe family to be a part of The Avenue from day one. 

Jessica graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science in May of 2009. Her love for people and excitement to be in a fast paced work environment led her to retail management and customer care for ten years. 

Through weekly worship, outreach events, and striving to truly be the church, Jessica's heart beats to see Morristown experience the love and hope of Jesus Christ.
